Food Contact Surfaces
Hypochlorous Acid can be applied to food contact surfaces. In public dining venues, dairy processing equipment and food processing equipment and kitchen utensils. When ready for use, the end-use concentration of all hypochlorous acid chemicals in solution should not exceed 200 ppm, determined as total chlorine present.
Drinking water
Hypochlorous acid in drinking water should not exceed 4 mg/L (4 ppm). See EPA National Primary : Click Here
