Hospital Sanitation Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) solution produced by electrolyzed synthesis is an ideal antimicrobial for hospitals as it is safe, completely natural and effective. HOCl does not cause skin or respiratory irritation and meets the demand for safer and more natural alternatives to toxic chemicals.
Hypochlorous acid solution has high antimicrobial activity, it is an activated metastable oxidant mixture as a result of the electrochemical synthesis reaction: it consists of active oxygen, ozone, dioxide, hydrogen peroxide and active chlorine compounds and is an aqueous solution. very low concentration of active substances – 0.05 ±0.005% and total concentration of dissolved substances not more than 0.09%, pH 5.5- 7.0.
HOCl is SUPER effective against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria (including nosocomial pathogens, tuberculosis, legionellosis, especially dangerous infections including plague, cholera, anthrax, tularemia); viruses (including polio pathogens, enteral and parenteral hepatitis, rotaviruses, enteroviruses, HIV infection, ARVI, influenza including H5N1, H1N1, “atypical” pneumonia, parainfluenza, herpes, adenoviruses, etc.); Pathogenic fungi of the genus Candida and the genus Trichophyton; It has sporicidal activity.
Because hypochlorous acid is a strong oxidant that is stable in an antimicrobial solution recognized by the CDC in its disinfection and sterilization guidelines, it can be applied via direct spraying and many applications. HOCl can be used to sterilize all contact surfaces in the hospital, including patient rooms, hospital beds, chairs, medical equipment and instruments, nursing stations, operating rooms, floors, and bathrooms.
Application of HOCl hypochlorous acid:
- Disinfection of patient rooms, walls, floors, patient beds and seating areas
- Disinfection of hospital drinking water
- Preventing hospital infections
- In water purification, in the destruction and prevention of biofilm in systems
- Prevention of Lionella in water cooling towers, air conditioning systems and hot water networks
- In disinfection of dental units and prevention of biofilm formation.
- In hand disinfection
- In air disinfection
- Disinfection of dining hall sets, floors and surfaces
- Disinfection and keeping fresh of vegetables and fruits in kitchen areas
- In disinfection of laundry
- In disinfection of waste
WHEN HOCI IS USED REGULARLY IN THE HOSPITAL
REDUCE INFECTIONS
The number of hospital infections decreases.
RISK REDUCTION
The risk of allergic and toxic effects on medical personnel and patients is reduced.
REDUCTION OF COSTS
Medical staff do not need to prepare working solutions from concentrates and can devote more time to patients
