Our EcolyTech-ECPA (CIP) device is the most widely accepted in the market as a new technology that adds significant value to the customer in automatic wash-in-place (CIP) applications.

Our ECOLYTECH-ECPA CIP device produces two ready-to-use solutions in the required quantity directly at the point of use:

  • CATHOLYTE- NaOH 1.3% (13000 ppm) pH 12.5, solution that can replace chemical caustics and detergents
  • ANOLITE – HOCl (hypochlorous acid) (500 ppm) pH 3.5-7.0, a solution that can replace chemical acids, hypochlorite and disinfectants. It is the only extremely safe, efficient and low-cost way to use the CIP system.

  • We produce: PLC Control, Touch screen and the unique design of the Electrolysis cell ensures the most efficient use of energy and minimum raw material waste.
  • We produce; The electrolysis cell is resistant to corrosion and long-lasting, with its unique design made of precious metals and the ion-separating ceramic diaphragm.
  • There is minimal hydraulic resistance to fluids flowing through the cell chambers, ensuring that the optimum flow rate is achieved.
  • PLC Control and Touch screen are easy and simple to use.
  • Stabilization of the working current is provided to ensure the stable quality of the produced solutions.
  • There is a salt water supply unit to ensure the correct dosage at all times and under all conditions.
  • The enclosure is made of non-corrosive materials. Pipes and connectors are made of EPDM/PVDF plastic and are highly resistant to aggressive solutions.
  • All input and output connectors are located on the back or one side of the unit for easy installation.
  • Level switches allow automatic starting and stopping of the unit.

Food Contact Statement 1811

Hypochlorous acid is approved by the FDA for use as a rinse-free disinfectant on meat, poultry, fish and seafood, fruits and vegetables, and shell eggs.

FCN 1811 is a Food Contact Notice (FCN) from the FDA for the use of electrolytically generated hypochlorous acid in an aqueous solution as an antimicrobial agent in the production and preparation of whole or cut meat and poultry; processed and preformed meat and poultry; fish and seafood; fruits and vegetables; and shell eggs.
